Coming to the Natural History Museum's brand new theatre in the Jerwood Gallery is 'A Wider Earth', telling the story of a young Charles Darwin as he sets out on his voyage of discovery aboard the HMS Beagle. His daring expedition saw the 22-year-old from Shrewsbury research geology, natural history, ethnology was ultimately where his groundbreaking theory of evolution was born. A cast of seven actors including puppeteers will bring to life this tale with remarkable moving creatures, incredible sets, an original score and cinematic animations. Those anticipating its debut in October, fans can get a glimpse of the puppets in action as they are being built in the Darwin Centre at the Natural History Museums.
