Shalamar first emerged in 1977 when they revealed "Uptown Festival". Over the years they've weaved their own path in music having returned in 1990 with "Wake Up". They will be heading out on tour soon, with shows in Dublin, Cardiff and Watford.
Alexander O’Neal has written himself into R&B history, his songs dominating dance floors for nearly 45 years. He began in 1985 with his self-titled album sweeping the singles charts in the UK and US, soon returning with his second album ‘Hearsay’ and its smash hit “Criticize” transcending generations and still going. Now in the 21st century O’Neal has continued to release fantastic albums, including his 2010 ‘Five Questions: The New Journey” and a collaboration with the Manchester-based funk band Mamma Freedom in 2016, where they re-recorded his 1987 single “Fake”.
